Visit the Ravello Cathedral in the Amalfi Coast with Campania>Artecard. Built in the 11th century, the cathedral is dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta and stands as a symbol of history, faith, and artistic heritage in Ravello.

Built in the 11th century and dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, the Ravello Cathedral (Duomo di Ravello) reflects the Benedictine-Cassinese architectural style.

Inside the Crypt, the Museum of the Opera houses a collection of Christian reliquaries, stone artifacts, liturgical furnishings, and Christian cinerary urns. Visitors can also admire: a collection of contemporary art, the San Pantaleone collection of Eastern icons, Medieval sculptures, including the notable "Falconer".

In the 17th-century chapel, the ampoule containing the blood of San Pantaleone is preserved. This sacred relic is known to liquefy annually on July 27, the anniversary of the saint’s martyrdom.

This site is part of a mini circuit that includes Villa Rufolo, the Ravello Cathedral Museum, the Oscar Niemeyer Auditorium, and the excavations of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity. By using just one entry included in the pass, visitors can explore all the sites in the mini circuit within two consecutive days.
