You can purchase your pass directly from the >artecard app and always have it at hand thanks to the QR code you will receive just with one click. You can always check the activation status of your artecard, monitor the entries you have used, and view the list of cultural sites you can visit. The app is available for iOS and Android platforms.

Downloading the app is mandatory if you have purchased a pass that includes transportation: Napoli Artecard or Campania 3 Days. You will need it to activate and use your pass.

1. Download the app on iOS or Android platforms, register with the same credentials used for purchasing the pass, or create a new account if you haven't purchased it yet.

2. Once you have obtained the pass with transportation included, such as Napoli Artecard or Campania 3 Days, it must be manually activated at the first turnstile of the UnicoCampania transport network or at the museum ticket office by clicking the “ACTIVATE” button via the >artecard app or in the “MY PASSES” section in the reserved area.

3. Upon activation, the pass will be enabled, and you will see two distinct QR codes: one for transportation and one for museums.

Important: Activation cannot be canceled, and the automatic timer cannot be paused once started.
Note: It may take up to 10 minutes for the pass to download in the Reserved Area after purchase. Wait for confirmation before making another transaction.
